A new 240V circuit and charger is an electrical permit. New walls, structures or other exterior changes make it a building permit, which brings in Planning and possibly design review.

Del Mar takes mechanical, electrical, plumbing and re-roof permits online through eTRAKiT and no longer accepts paper. Fees can be paid online by card or e-check.
